Scheduling

Call our office during office hours at 941.556.6900 to schedule appointments, change appointments, and schedule surgeries:

Monday-Thursday 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. The phones turn off at 4:00 pm although our office continues to provide care for the patients with scheduled appointments after hours.
Our office is now closed every Friday afternoon.
*Closed for lunch 11:30 am until 1:00 pm-please note that although phones turn off at 4:00 pm daily, there are scheduled appointments after this time. Thank you.

Payments

Payments are due at the time of service. We are currently not offering payment plans.

EFFECTIVE February 1, 2025—we will no longer be accepting any insurance.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an appointment, we simply ask that you give us the courtesy by calling the office to cancel. If you NO SHOW for an appointment, respectively understand that we do charge a $25 NO SHOW Fee.

Emergencies

Whenever you are in an emergency situation, call 911 to get immediate medical attention. Once you have received immediate care, please call us or have an attendant in emergency care contact our office so that we can consult with the emergency staff on your medical needs. Someone in our office is available to you 24/7, every day of the year.
